NXNE is a five day festival encompassing a whack of different things, but mostly centred around our collective love for music that we think you’ll love, too. Now celebrating our 21st year, we take over Toronto with showcases, screenings, panels, parties, installations, and a whole lot more. From free shows at YDS to extended last calls at your favourite sweaty club/bar/general place that was able to get a liquor license or is very good at being sneaky, NXNE is the premier destination for bands, filmmakers,

Where  and when is NXNE?
June 17-21 2015; Toronto, Canada. We take over various downtown venues, stages, places, parks, boats, airports, and pretty much everywhere else. Venue specifics will be posted closer to the festival so stay tuned if you’re really into maps.

How to get tickets?

Is it all ages? 19+?
All our club showcases are 19+. That said, NXNE does offer some all-age shows – including the big headlining concerts at Yonge-Dundas Square and special events. If it’s all ages, it will be indicated.

Is there seating?
Certain venues have seats, but get there early or be prepared to stand. Stand and possibly mosh.

How long does it take to get from one venue to another?
That depends on a lot of things: traffic, how you’re getting around, which venues you’re talking about, how well your cab driver knows the side streets, what the weather’s like, how quickly you can walk/bike, whether your streetcar driver is in a good mood… But you can try the Google Maps and/or long on to www.ttc.ca.
