Former MuchMusic VJ Michael Williams has been producing shows in a wonderful ‘listening’ environment with his Michael Williams Presents Sunday Nights at Taste of Colombia's El Salon in Bronte, Ontario.

The tradition continues with a live, acoustic Jazz, Celtic, Reggae performance by featuring the return of Jason Wilson and the Perennials Sunday Dec. 4th 2016.

Michael Williams says, “I have watched Jason Wilson develop his unique style after his mentor Reggae Legend, Jackie Mittoo. First there was Tabaruk a Canadian version of musical youth. Next came his many projects featuring various styles from Jazz to Celtic, always including Reggae in the mix perfectly. A talented songwriter of importance in the Canadian musical mosaic. Jason is accompanied by musicians from Tabaruk and new players who fit in acoustically and musically.” Jason Wilson and the Perennials is one of the best shows of 2016 bringing the warmth of Reggae back to Bronte and Taste of Colombia. A show not to be missed!”

Michael Williams Presents SUNDAY NIGHT is a series of live events, two to four times a month, featuring both international and local artists performing intimate, informal shows at Taste of Colombia's El Salon. The evening is produced, curated, hosted by former MuchMusic VJ, Michael Williams whose lifelong passion for music has provided him many roles as producer, journalist, musician, media personality and educator. “I have always wanted a platform to present intimate shows...and have found the perfect venue in El Salon. The plan is to bring in the best artists I know and pair them with up-and-coming local artists."

A Taste of Colombia is a unique setting for an evening of great music. The perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a great cup of coffee.
