The talented band from Ottawa, Tribe Royal, have released a new single from their debut album, ‘Colours of the Sun’ with a video collage of live and studio scenes, showing the charismatic foursome at their best.

Following on the heels of the single “Wasting Time”, Tribe Royal’s latest offering with “My Kind of Girl” is a crossover of A/C and Hot A/C with a focus on strong harmonies and vocals with a clean, crisp production.

Tribe Royal broke out last year, with college and secondary radio, building a loyal fan base in the Ottawa area, and setting their summer goals to tour across Canada and Europe in 2019. Notable appearances to date have been RBC Bluesfest 2017, The Legendary Horseshoe Tavern, Ottawa CityFolk/Marvest, Para Pan-Am Games, Canadian Tulip Festival, TD Union Summer, Steam Whistle Brewery, CTV Morning Live, Octopus’s Garden Shediac Park Market Tribe Royal onstage with Sam Roberts Band, RBC Bluesfest 2017, Canada Day 150 at Petrie Island and CBC Radio 'Fresh Air' to name a few.

This latest release is just a teaser of what is yet to come, when this Canadian band heads south of the border late April 2018 to record with legendary producer Norbert Putnam at The NuttHouse Recording Studio in Muscle Shoals, Alabama.
