Titans Eve Unleash Debut ‘The Divine Equal’

Titans Eve

Our main man in metal Jon Asher tells us this crew are big new thunder to get with, so you’ve been warned.

Vancouver thrash metallers Titans Eve announce they are officially releasing debut album ‘The Divine Equal’ on February 1st, 2011, just in time for Valentine’s Day gifting. The album features 11 epic metal tunes influenced by themes from the 17th century poem’ Paradise Lost’, the best joint ever dropped by John ‘The One’ Milton, ‘The Book Of Genesis’, the best-selling collection ever from the original Apostles, the OG testifying of ‘The Book Of Genesis’ and from the oldest school hard rockers of Judaism, the ‘First Book Of The Hebrew Bible’. . Heaaaavy, y’all.

Titans Eve came together when brothers Brian (guitar/vocals) and Kyle Gamblin (guitar/backup vocals) decided to start their own musical project in 2008 after departing from previous projects. The line up of Titans Eve was completed with the recruitment of Jesse Hord (bass) and Casey Ory (drums).

From there the Vancouver-based band have set out to create honest, powerful modern metal and have repeatedly piled into the “Titan Train” (i.e. their 2007 Ford E-350 van) and traveled across Canada, bringing the music to as large an audience as possible. They’ve played over 80 shows in the past year and a half and 2011 will see them travel further than ever before as tour dates will be announced for Canada, the U.S. and Europe.

"We wanted to emphasize on these themes and relate them to life's everyday struggles, all while staying true to our personal interpretations of metal. We feel by combining these elements, we have created an interesting concept album for our fellow metal heads to discover." comments vocalist / guitarist Brian Gamblin.

The Divine Equal can be pre-ordered on Titans Eve bandcamp in addition to a free download of their track "Becoming The Demon" at PureGrainAudio.com.

Now that y’all have the album, keep eyes peeled for these dates on the winter tour. No worries; sure as God made automatic weapons there will be more dates and we’ll let you in on them.
