Alternative R&B Super Producer/Artist Chin Injeti Celebrates Love In New Single “Expensive” feat. Jarrel The Young

Fri May 05, 2023

They say that loving someone romantically comes with a cost, but most of the time that cost can be worth it. When you really love your partner, you are willing to spare almost anything to make them happy. Chin Injeti embodies this feeling in his new alternative R&B single, “Expensive” feat. Jarrel The Young. Check it out on YouTube here:

Synth pop guitar grooves open the song and give it an almost trippy vibe. It channels the feel-good vibes of Grace Jones' 1987 song "Crush", which has a somewhat similar feeling of relishing the thrill of love. After Injeti's sonorous vocals sing the first verse, the song's pre-chorus kicks in and pushes the song to an exciting height.

"It's expensive
But I’m obsessive
Oh when push comes to shove
I deserve it."

London, UK’s Indie Rockers MURMAN Release “Billie Holiday” From Dazzle EP

Fri May 05, 2023

Bursting on the fringe of indie rock comes London, UK’s MURMAN and their latest EP, Dazzle . And just as it says, the collection of tracks will do exactly that - dazzle you.

The MURMAN four piece boasts David Murdoch, Domenico Corapi, Felix Paillette, and Arion Petrovski. And together, the singer/songwriters take a swig from synth rock giants Joy Division and The Cure, mixed in a cocktail of Foster the People and Arcade Fire. The result is a contemporary throwback to when the melodies and the lyrics worked in tandem to catch and hold the listener. And MURMAN throw just enough nods to pop culture that the soundscape is a 360° experience.

The band members came together through a GumTree ad and continue to make waves on London’s music scene. From Murdoch’s Zorro-esque mask and tassel-adorned shirt, MURMAN’s attention to detail starts in the chords and works its way to their showmanship. To date, the group consistently sells out shows in some of the most legendary venues of the capital.
