Osasioo, born Osas Igbinosun, is known for his descriptive songwriting style and his captivating blend of R&B and modern pop. The Nigerian-born Canadian based artist has amassed a great number of fans with his unique voice and relatable lyrics. His songwriting processes, much like his songs, are a journey, as he originally started “Insomnia” in 2021 during the pandemic.

Sometimes, the grind of everyday life can be overwhelming. When that happens, almost everyone has a place, thing, or person they turn to for a sense of comfort and peace.

Nigerian-born, Edmonton based pop singer Osasioo conveys this yearning for comfort in his new single, "Home". Written alongside his friend and manager Femi Sobaki, "Home" expresses the weariness and stress of everyday working people and how they cope.

Osas Igbinosun is a Nigerian-born artist based in Edmonton, AB who started his career by teaching himself songs on YouTube. His love for music began when he picked up his brother's abandoned guitar, and from the age of 16, he has been immersed in music, playing for his local church and worship team as a guitarist and singer. From there, it was a goal to only write songs that showcases Osasioo’s expansive voice like no other.
