Japanese-Canadian Alternative-Rock artist, Garrett Neiles, has just released a colourful, upbeat, and positive California Pop-Rock single titled "Lipstick", about the little tube that leaves its contents behind on coffee cups, napkins and elsewhere, and the joy those little reminders bring.
